About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Commonwealth Bank. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for performing advanced analysis of our data and systems to provide critical information to support financial and data remediation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced analysis of our data and systems to provide critical information to support financial and data remediation
  • Perform detailed analysis of our data and Group data to provide information to respond to regulatory requests
  • Complete relevant project work stream deliverables, including quality control and sign-off for area of accountability
  • Ensure the bank's financial compensation methodologies for remediations and processes are embraced
  • Responsible for the cleansing, organizing, and migrating the remediation master data so that it is fit for purpose and properly protected, in line with the overall project objectives
Requirements
  • Advanced SQL Server experience and skills (preferably Microsoft SQL Server and/or Teradata)
  • Significant data, information management, and analytics experience
  • Be commercially astute, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work with large and complex data sets
  • Demonstrated delivery experience as performing analytical work in a high-complexity environment
  • Sound level of proficiency in key capabilities – IT SDLC processes, Agile delivery, written documentation/specification skills
  • Influencing and consulting skills – the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
