We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a representative. As the face of our brand, you will interact with customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings, and respond to general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Review add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Answer customer questions and inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants must have:

  • A full (unrestricted) and valid driver's licence
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles
  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
