Design Engineer for Water Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled and experienced design engineer to join our team in delivering innovative solutions for water infrastructure projects.

  • This role will involve providing engineering design and management services, including the creation of 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with drawing standards for clients and be able to advocate for Jacobs' own drawing standards and procedures.

You will be working as part of a team to deliver technical input, undertake reviews, and manage design deliverables in accordance with Jacobs' systems and processes. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to collaborate with team leaders, section managers, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and be proficient in industry-standard software. They will also be passionate about the water industry and committed to staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
