Job Title

AECOM's Water Team is seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about technical excellence and delivering multi-disciplinary projects within a global organisation.

The Water Infrastructure group provides services to clients across various sectors, with a focus on sustainable outcomes for communities.

You will have access to mentoring and guidance from industry-leading experts and the opportunity to support major projects locally and nationally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply water infrastructure design skills and knowledge, including water pressure pipeline design, desalination plants, and gravity sewers to meaningful projects.
  • Contribute to projects across the lifecycle from inception through detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
  • Support project management activities and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and strong knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
  • Proven experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments.
  • A passion for high-quality project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
