Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong software engineering background with experience in Linux and open-source technologies
  • Deep understanding of automotive and industry standards such as ISO 21434, ISO 26262, SOTIF, and IEC 65108
  • Proven track record of leading product development initiatives that met compliance with industry standards
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing software developers
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
