This position can be worked four days per week or full-time, based in St. Kilda Road Melbourne, reporting directly to the LMS Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design learning programs to enhance capability through online learning solutions
  • Experience in digital design including graphics, videos, animations, other digital and print resources for e-learning
  • Learning and understanding our Learning Management System (LMS) to assist clients
  • Demonstrating a consultative approach with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of strong e-learning development experience
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic, energy, passion, and commitment
  • A desire to achieve results and goals
  • Ability to multitask
