About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Rockingham Clinic in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in growing the clinic and leading its day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate and liaise with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor accounts, budgets, and finance management, as well as information technology
  • Lead and manage administration and nursing staff, providing training and mentoring
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication
  • Develop and promote business growth, focusing on Occupational Health services

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the medical industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate staff to achieve business outcomes
  • Good computer skills and experience with medical software (training provided)
