Practice Manager Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong healthcare background, to join our Rockingham Clinic in WA, on a permanent full-time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week. In this critical position, you will play a key role in growing the clinic, as well as leading and managing its day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Coordinating and liaising with doctors
  • Monitoring accounts, budgets, and finance management, as well as information technology
  • Human resources, training, mentoring, and management of administration and nursing staff
  • Providing high-level assistance and communication to patients
  • Business development and promotion of the clinic, focusing on Occupational Health services

Requirements

  • Similar experience within the medical industry
  • Experience in leading teams, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using medical software is highly desirable, however training will be provided
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Good computer skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Experience within General Practice or Occupational Health environment will be an advantage
