About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Contracts to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Contracts and Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise and leadership to a national program in Above Water Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement management plans, including drafting and reviewing commercial correspondence in consultation with stakeholders.
- Provide commercial advice and develop solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, working with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements and risks are addressed.
- Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements of bids and proposals and participation in management reviews.
- Provide interpretation and advice on customer procurement policy and regulations, company policy, and contract requirements to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces with the company during all phases of contract performance and the program life cycle.
Requirements
- A Degree in Business, Commerce, or Law, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and development of customer and supplier relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in program operations and financial management, including Earned Value Management.
- A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
- Ability to draw on prior experience to investigate, analyze, and solve difficult to moderately complex problems.
