Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. in a leadership position. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering team members to strengthen strategic customer relationships, driving business growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and empower team members to strengthen strategic customer relationships
  • Drive business growth and advancement through effective contract management and negotiation
  • Coordinate team efforts to develop and implement operational plans aligned with customer expectations and timelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract laws, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Recent relevant experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role in business development of industrial equipment
  • Good knowledge of commercial negotiations and dealings, including contract laws, regulations, or best practices
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience leading people (F2F and remote)
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend basic financial data
