Job Overview

The position of Lead/Senior Pipeline Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation.

We are seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in designing oil and gas pipelines, who can lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers to produce high-quality engineering deliverables within tight deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing technical support in Engineering and Design processes for oil and gas pipelines
    • Developing and supporting Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) studies including detailed design calculations
    • Participating in Risk assessment & Safety Management System (SMS) workshops
    • Proactively communicating with Project Managers and Team Members to ensure Projects are delivered within scope, schedule and budget

Successful candidates will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, minimum 8 years' experience in pipeline design, and Engineers Australia Chartered Engineer or equivalent registration. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proven experience in mentoring junior engineers.
