About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions to lead our transaction processes, valuations, and financial analysis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic transactions and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead M&A transactions from inception to completion
  • Manage transaction processes, valuations, and financial analysis
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Shape strategy and align objectives across teams
  • Present high-impact investment proposals to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Prior experience leading complex commercial or M&A transactions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good commercial acumen and project management skills
  • Strong commercial skills and experience in leading negotiations with commercial counterparties
  • Valuation and financial analysis skills
