Carer Traineeship Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a Carer Traineeship role in our Templestowe Care Home. As a Carer Trainee, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in aged care while working part-time hours.

The Carer Traineeship is designed to provide you with the necessary training and support to succeed in this rewarding career. You will receive formal training, including online modules, face-to-face instruction, and on-the-job assessment. Our valued training partner will guide you through the program, ensuring you are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in your new role.

Bupa will support your training, paying for your education, assessment, and qualification outcome. Upon successful completion of the traineeship, you will be awarded a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification and potentially transition into a full-time or part-time Carer role within the care home.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident. We welcome applicants who are passionate about aged care, empathetic, and nurturing.
