Workshop Controller Job Opportunity

A challenging and rewarding role has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our multi-franchised dealer network.

Based in one of our European branded workshops, this exciting opportunity will involve overseeing the workmanship of technicians and supervisory staff on the floor.

This is a key position within our group, offering a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer focus.

Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong positive attitude and outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience within a dealership environment
  • Diagnostic skills, preferably with VW
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Focus on delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to build a strong team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing technician productivity and efficiency
