Keystar Autoworld specialises in new and used Subaru, Mitsubishi, Kia, Volkswagen, Isuzu, and Jeep vehicles.

Our highly successful Keystar team is looking for a qualified Master Technician to join our Keystar Service Centre in Morayfield.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship in the servicing of vehicles. You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, maintaining our customer-centric approach.

As a high-level overview, you will:

  • Perform quality mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Identify and repair technical problems
  • Accurately record all work performed
  • Liaise regularly with the Workshop Foreman, Workshop Controller, and Service Manager
  • Follow correct procedures regarding warranty work and parts
  • Complete work as per Manufacturer Repair Time Guides and Keystar Group Standards
  • Coordinate work with internal customers and suppliers
  • Coach and mentor apprentice team members
  • Assist fellow team members with workload

You will be:

  • A trained technician with Master Technician status
  • Possess a current driver's licence
  • Passionate about the brand
  • Capable of working in a busy service centre
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
