About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Co-worker to join our team at IKEA. As a Sales Co-worker, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an IKEA Ambassador, understanding the impact of your role on customer experience and providing solutions to meet their kitchen and home furnishing needs.
  • Approach customers to identify their needs, ask insightful questions, and advise on the best kitchen solutions.
  • Support customers with their kitchen design process, using 3D rendering software and accessory workshops to build strong relationships.
  • Follow up with customers after initial planning appointments to discuss designs, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Ensure the sales area is stocked, presentable, and correctly priced, and build strong relationships with the team and other departments.
Requirements
  • A passion for home furnishing products and working with customers.
  • A 'Togetherness' mindset, working closely with the team and other departments while also working independently.
  • A calm and confident approach, with strong communication and customer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage your own tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn about technical aspects of the IKEA product range.
  • A safe mindset and comfort with physical work and manual handling.
