Construction Programme Manager

About this Role: As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale construction projects. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving complex design issues, overseeing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring project success through effective planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve design issues of complex packages
- Oversee teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver successful construction projects
- Develop and maintain construction programs and implement procurement strategies
- Value engineering, quality management, financial and contract management, and Health & Safety oversight
- Provide guidance to junior staff on site
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working on-site in construction delivery
- Experience working on large-scale building projects
- Experience in cost, quality, and environmental controls, and compliance and progress reporting
- Ability to develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring effective planning and execution
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
