Bid Management Specialist

Seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Bid Management Specialist to lead the end-to-end bid process. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong understanding of construction methodology, staging, and buildability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality written and designed submission documents (EOIs, RFTs, capability statements, prequalifications).
  • Create bid layouts using client forms, templates, and tools such as Canva or InDesign.
  • Draft tender programmes, site logistics plans, and construction methodologies.
  • Tailor content to each client and opportunity, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and compliance.
  • Own the bid lifecycle from tender receipt through to final submission.
  • Lead bid strategy development with the Business Development Manager and estimators.
  • Source, refine, and integrate information from project teams.
  • Maintain and update tender logs, case study libraries, and pursuit schedules.
  • Attend site inspections, tender briefings, and industry events.
What You Bring:
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office, tender portals, and Canva or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and layout.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative approach, be adaptable, and possess a creative yet disciplined approach to tender writing. They will also have strong relationships with project, estimating, and senior management teams.
