As a seasoned Corporate Actions leader, you will drive excellence in our Investment Operations team.

We seek a forward-thinking professional with expertise in Australian and International corporate actions and tax-related matters. If you have a passion for leadership and a talent for collaboration, this role is an opportunity to shine.

The team sits within Finance and Fund Services, maintaining an accurate Accounting and Investment Book of Records. You will lead the recording of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy by:

  • Driving system changes and process improvements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align processing and reporting with best practice and regulatory requirements
  • Researching market information from various vendors and exchanges to determine correct tax outcomes
  • Leading a team to meet deadlines and objectives while supporting team members' learning and development

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven knowledge of Australian and International corporate actions and tax-related matters
  • Experience in high-volume corporate actions environments in wealth management and/or investments industries
  • Leadership experience, including leading through change
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A self-motivated, proactive style with a desire to provide excellent service to customers
  • Rapid data analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Simcorp Dimension
