We are seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing your work and personal life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for assisting with corporate actions, including project documentation and communication with internal and external suppliers to ensure contract terms are met.
  • Our ideal candidate will ensure that corporate action projects are thoroughly planned, scoped, and resourced to meet client requirements and legislative obligations.
  • The successful candidate will participate in project reviews, analyzing documentation and management controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • They will also contribute to the preparation of invoices and review third-party invoices for corporate action projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Actions is essential.
  • Familiarity with the securities industry and financial markets, including Corporations Law, ASTC Settlement Rules, and ASX Listing Rules, is required.
  • Aptitude and willingness to develop successful project management skills are necessary.
