We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior executive to lead our ministerial and parliamentary engagement and deliver our enterprise strategy, compliance oversight, risk management, and policy and legislative reform programs.
This is a unique opportunity to join our Senior Leadership team and work closely with the Director-General and Executive to deliver outcomes consistent with our Organisation's practices and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our ministerial and parliamentary engagement, including developing and implementing strategies to engage with high-level national security policy and coordination machinery.
- Develop and deliver our enterprise strategy, compliance oversight, risk management, and policy and legislative reform programs.
- Provide strategic advice to the Director-General and Executive on matters related to our Organisation's operations and performance.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to steer and implement change, and to inspire a shared sense of purpose and commitment to the delivery of enterprise-level capabilities and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with risk and deliver results in a dynamic, high-pressure, and challenging environment.
- Appreciation of the legal, policy, and oversight environment and frameworks that bring superior governance to agency operations.
