Insolvency Administrator Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insolvency Administrator to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will manage approximately 30 cases of varying sizes and complexity.

  • This includes Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial awareness and be able to understand the key aspects of an insolvent company's business.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing case delivery from pre-appointment to closure.
  • Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
  • Preparing for and attending creditors' meetings.
  • Managing asset valuation and realisation.
  • Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.

Additional duties may include attending clients' sites to secure premises and assets where necessary and maintaining IPS case diaries and setup.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency.
  • A CPI qualification is advantageous.
