About the Role

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in managing high-pressure environments, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative management team.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, executing innovative activations, building relationships with industry professionals, and developing your team members.

In this autonomous role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive central team and take advantage of our extensive network of venues across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a multifaceted venue
  • Manage and develop a high-performing management team
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in venue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-pressure environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
