Leaving a lasting impact on the hospitality scene, we're seeking an experienced Venue Manager to spearhead our multifaceted operations.

Job Description

We're looking for a high-energy leader who can orchestrate the day-to-day functions of our venue, bringing together diverse elements such as sports bars, dining spaces, rooftops, and function areas. As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for executing activations, building strong relationships with DJs and promoters, and fostering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of our venue
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
Requirements

For this role, we're seeking individuals with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams. Essential requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Venue Management
  • Experience working in an Entertainment-focused venue
  • Experience within the hospitality industry, with knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Experience in high-turnover customer service environments
  • Demonstrated business development and strategic hospitality management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations
