School Psychologist Position Available

Essential to our team is a highly skilled Psychologist who can provide expert guidance and support to students in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to promote student learning and well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized plans to address the needs of students with diverse challenges.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless integration of psychological services into daily classroom activities.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops and presentations on mental health, resilience, and related topics for students, parents, and staff.
- Provide critical support during crisis situations, applying expertise to de-escalate tensions and promote calm resolution.
- Full registration as a Psychologist with the relevant national regulatory authority.
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Flexibility to work across multiple campuses as required.
- A committed Christian, active in their local church community and able to subscribe to our College's Confession of Faith.
