Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Lead Educator to join our team and provide high-quality educational programs for children.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. They will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, observing, informing, and continuously improving teaching practices. A commitment to safety and inclusivity is essential to ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children.

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
