Accounts Manager Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our sales and technical service support for customers in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning and implementation of both regional and customer-specific sales and marketing plans, driving increased sales, revenue growth, and business profile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and execute effective action plans and sales strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped market segments within the commercial space.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data and trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales/technical professionals to meet and exceed individual and collective performance goals.
