
Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Professional to join our team. As an Inventory Management Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our stock and ensuring an efficient flow of merchandise from our storeroom to the sales floor.
Main Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an orderly manner.
- Delivery Processing: Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities.
- Equipment Handling: Operate machinery such as pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and trolleys.
- Record Keeping: Use inventory management software to track stock movements.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain store floor and stockroom standards.

Requirements
- Retail Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Machinery Operation: Ability to operate various machinery such as pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and trolleys.
- Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height on your own & 45kgs with the help of another team member.
