Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to our Inventory Manager, this position is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing purchasing team.

This role requires strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team motivation skills, as well as sound planning, organisational, and administrative skills with demonstrated effectiveness in developing systems, processes, and procedures to prioritise tasks and achieve goals.

  • This is a permanent full-time position offering 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
  • Site travel (Various Mine Sites)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading teams, experience in procurement and inventory management, and excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify errors and issues and develop effective solutions.

To be considered for this role, you will also need:

  • Australia-based candidate
  • Current and valid Driver's licence
  • Forklift licence
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse and supply chain management
  • Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
