Beach Resort Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a professional to be the welcoming face of our resort. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and experience
- Processing guest check-ins and outs, managing accounts and reservations
- Accurately using the park booking system and coordinating with teams to track readiness
- Supplying guests with information about property and local areas of interest
- Completing daily office administration tasks and maintaining excellent relationships with teams, residents, and guests
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous hospitality industry experience and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude, flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
