Front Office Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Front Office Receptionist at our park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing guest check-ins and outs, and accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.

In addition, the candidate will coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest, and complete day-to-day office administration tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high standards of customer service to guests
  • Process guest check-ins and outs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • Current driver's license essential
