Job Overview- This is a senior role that requires a deep understanding of the book industry and its dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookselling or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Broaden your knowledge of public policy and advocacy, and apply it to support the interests of our members.
- Lead a passionate membership base with empathy and vision.
- Oversee a small, high-performing team with confidence and authority.
- Develop and deliver successful projects and programs that align with our strategic objectives.
- Promote our association's values and mission through effective communication and stakeholder management.
You will work collaboratively with a Board of experienced professionals who share your passion for the book industry.
You will also have opportunities to shape the direction of our industry and contribute to policy initiatives that benefit our members.
Occasional international travel may be required.
