We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our Melbourne office, driving business growth and expansion in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to elevate our presence in Melbourne's business community
  • Pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Cultivate a positive and thriving agency culture, ensuring the success of our team members
  • Provide additional scale for our national clients and team members
  • Serve as our primary representative in Melbourne, collaborating with our Executive Leadership Team and the Melbourne HAVAS Village
  • Assume greater commercial and P&L responsibilities, making informed decisions on staff and hiring matters

Main Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in PR or communications leadership, with a strong network of contacts in Melbourne's business community
  • Excellent leadership skills, confident, decisive, and energetic, with a vision for the future of earned communications
