Job Description">

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused professional to join our Enterprise Transformation Program. This role combines leadership in performance uplift and deep expertise in communications, campaign execution, and training material development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies and campaigns that align Technology and Business stakeholders with the Enterprise Transformation program's objectives
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials and communications that support capability uplift driven by the program within and more broadly across the organization
  • Provide strategic counsel and insights to senior leaders/team members on communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift
  • Partner with ETP Crews to ensure crew outcomes and metrics are aligned with the broader transformation roadmap and strategic planning
  • Drive planning cycles, performance tracking, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies are all managed in line with our Strategic Planning Process and tooling
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or campaign management within a large organization
  • Strong background in Agile delivery, product ownership, or performance management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials and internal communications programs
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to drive business outcomes
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Planview, and AI platforms (e.g., Copilot) to support delivery and capability uplift
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams
  • Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
