As the Operations Manager, you will lead the SPA AMO workforce, ensuring alignment with operational demands. Your leadership will be central to sustaining and enhancing the distinguished reputation of the SPA program. You will be responsible for scheduling inspections, managing external repair services when necessary, and authorising aircraft release, all while adhering to our rigorous standards.
About YouYou are a seasoned professional with a background in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field, supported by formal qualifications such as a Civil or Military Aircraft Trade Certificate. Your deep understanding of Australian Civil and Defence Aviation regulations, along with hands-on experience in maintenance control systems and OEM service literature, distinguishes you as an expert in your field.
Your leadership is marked by strong negotiation skills and clear, authoritative communication, allowing you to effectively guide teams and collaborate with high-level stakeholders. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to make informed decisions that uphold both safety and efficiency. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to excellence, you are driven to maintain the high standards of the SPA program while developing your team.
