Operations Manager

Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest regard to safety and high-quality service delivery. This includes leading, coaching, and engaging a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, hazard prevention, and ensuring operational compliance with policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards to ensure smooth facility operations
- Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal facility condition
- Manage facility resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in facility management or a related field
- Knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines and evacuation procedures
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People and National Police Check
