Data Analyst Position

Drive Data Excellence and Enhance Operational Workflows as a Senior Data Analyst.

About the Role

This pivotal position plays a key role in driving data excellence across our business. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing operational and data workflows, delivering high-quality solutions, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gap Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Data ETL Process Development: Design and develop robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for large datasets to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Dashboards and Insights: Create intuitive Power BI dashboards to deliver meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise to the technology team to ensure efficient system development and deployment.
  • Business Requirements Management: Manage business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvements and Solutions: Recommend process improvements and business solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Effective Problem-Solving: Apply effective problem-solving techniques in a fast-paced environment to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in end-to-end data migration and data warehousing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on medium to large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in analytical roles with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Extensive commercial experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions using advanced analytics tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAS and SQL programming languages.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and tools.
