Business Growth Strategist

If you have extensive Senior Business Development experience, commercially astute with a sound understanding of business drivers, and experience in operating in both relationship and transactional sales and marketing environments, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the 28 business centres, the Partner Sales Manager, and the Solutions Consultant to achieve comprehensive sales results and expand market reach.
* Create opportunities from prospect lists using a mix of digital engagement, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries and support for major customers.
* Meet business targets such as new gross adds in mobiles, mobile broadband, and fixed voice/data.
* Provide customers with a unique experience and engage with senior executives from various organisations.
* Lead and shape the sales strategy for partners, working with them to achieve the best results and targeting the most valuable customers across the country.
* Develop and execute a sales plan that will enable a constantly renewed and updated opportunity pipeline.
* Coach sales teams to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals through a strong understanding of the territory and best practice approaches.

Key Requirements
* Extensive Senior Business Development experience.
* Commercially astute with a sound understanding of business drivers.
* Experience in operating in both relationship and transactional sales and marketing environments.
* Proven sales track record in achieving growth through acquisition strategies and sales teams.
* Extensive relationship/strategic sales experience within the Telecommunications and/or IT sectors.
* Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to internal and external senior executives.
* Strong and effective negotiation skills.
* Solid product and industry knowledge.
