Job Title: Ecom Team Enablement Lead

Our team plays a crucial role in delivering communication, tools and resources content management as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned to an agile structure and ways of working.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the development, planning and implementation of a national eCom communication and engagement strategy across support and operations.

- Develop tools and templates to help leaders and people managers cascade appropriate information effectively and efficiently.

- Work with various leaders and business units to build, prioritise and execute holistic strategies to drive employee engagement initiatives.

- Develop new and imaginative ways of showcasing work and achievements across eCommerce and the Woolworths Group.

- Support team and customer-centric initiatives to over 1,000 supermarkets and a growing network of eCom enabled fulfilment centres.

- Help develop and implement communication plans for key priority projects, events and change initiatives.
