About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Goughrecruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting our Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of over 200 properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of routine, entry, and exit inspections.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous property management experience.
  • QLD Certificate of Registration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management.
  • Valid driver's license.
