Job Title: Regional Account Management Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned account management professional to provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of enterprise-level support and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day service operations, providing accurate and responsive service to clients, managing operational systems, and monitoring customer impact.
  • Client Relationship Management/Business Growth and Customer Satisfaction: Retain and grow strategic clients, build relationships with internal departments and associates, prepare and present professional information, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Talent Development: Hire, train, develop, and supervise a team of professionals responsible for retaining and servicing strategic customers.
  • Project Coordination: Act as Virtual Payments advocate, create business proposals, build relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates, and create opportunities for cross-functional projects.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or five years' experience in a related field.
  • Proven account management experience with high-profile, complex marquis accounts.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Organizational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to provide training and documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing.
  • Experience working with MasterCard and Visa.
