About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to critically ill children and their families.
You will be responsible for delivering compassionate and effective clinical care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your role will also involve engaging in reflective practice, continually assessing and improving your skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care.
Requirements:- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current registration
- Proven experience working in a paediatric intensive care unit or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
