- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as process engineering, project management, and manufacturing systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, or Electrical/Controls) or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in general engineering or project management.
- Skills: Project management training/qualification, pneumatic circuits & controls, DOE techniques, statistical analysis tools, and DFM principles.
