About the Role

The Publisher will be responsible for managing subject matter portfolios and delivering the publishing schedule through effective engagement with Editorial and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize existing content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and meet commercial targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including legal academic experts and internal colleagues.
  • Drive Go-to-Market planning and engagement with Marketing and Sales departments to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Provide direction and leadership to ensure the delivery of commercial targets and support broader commercial growth across AEM Print activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven commercial management and delivery skills, with a track record of achieving high growth revenue targets.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels and functions.
  • Over 5 years' experience working with a range of teams, ideally with legal, publishing, editorial, content, and/or operational expertise.
