This is an opportunity to provide strategic leadership for high-profile accounts, guiding integrated marketing efforts across brand storytelling, consumer engagement, creative, social, influencer, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic direction for major consumer and brand clients.
- Offer senior counsel and act as a trusted partner to C-suite stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of innovative, insight-led, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive business growth through client development and new opportunities.
- Manage account profitability and resourcing effectively.
- Mentor, inspire, and develop diverse teams across levels and disciplines.
- Represent the organization externally, building networks across industry and media.
- 15+ years' experience in brand/consumer communications, marketing, or PR.
- Proven success leading large accounts and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong track record in creative storytelling, influencer and digital strategy.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and grow high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of culture, consumer trends, and brand reputation.
