About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at The Travel Corporation. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and service support to travel agents and guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inquiries efficiently across multiple channels in our contact centre environment.
  • Providing end-to-end service, organising flights, tours, accommodations, and more.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on systems, destinations, and products.
  • Gathering and relaying customer feedback for continuous improvement.
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a knack for building relationships. You will also:

  • Bring customer service experience from a sales-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate or be willing to learn strong destination knowledge.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills and adaptability.
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft suite and quick to learn new systems.
