Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales and Follow-Up: Proactively engage with customers to convert enquiries into unforgettable travel experiences, using consultative selling techniques to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and chat, assisting customers in selecting and booking Contiki's travel packages, from tours and accommodations to flights and transfers.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Contiki's full range of tours and experiences, offering tailored recommendations that fit each customer's travel goals and budget.
  • Booking Management: Handle bookings with precision, ensuring all details are correct and follow-ups are timely to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services, enhancing the customer's travel experience and boosting sales.
