Mining Operations Leader

South32 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Mining Supervisor to join our team in the picturesque south-west region of Western Australia.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising development mining activities undertaken by front-line operational personnel in line with production targets for HSEC, cost, and volume.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring operational performance and productivity
- Performing frequent workplace and equipment inspections
- Delivering effective contractor management
- Providing direction and support to direct reports
- Ensuring safe execution of development mining activities
