We are seeking a client engagement and administration professional who is well-organised and enjoys connecting with people. This role involves being the first point of contact for new and existing clients, qualifying enquiries, securing bookings, supporting our sales team and maintaining smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads and secure on the spot bookings
  • Support the sales team by scheduling consults and managing calendars
  • Follow up with warm leads and assist with outbound booking opportunities
  • Provide general admin support including CRM updates, reporting and filing

About the Ideal Candidate:

You'll be an effective communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner. You should have strong organisational and time management skills, experience in administration, customer service or sales support, and familiarity with CRM or booking systems. A proactive attitude and ability to take direction from management are also essential.
