Secure Software Development Leader

The DevSecOps Lead will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of secure software development practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical excellence through expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for quality.
  • Design and implement secure architectures and technology solutions that meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and improvement.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and drive positive change.
  • Serve as an advocate for our company's values and mission.

Background Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in DevSecOps, with a focus on operationalizing software for engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Proven experience in managing incidents, designing and implementing REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs, and operationalizing development environments.
  • Experience with relational databases, in-memory databases, document databases, file and block store services, containerized services, and CICD tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience working collaboratively in global and distributed teams.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Certified AWS Developer or Solutions Architect (optional).
  • Experience with front-end oriented languages like ReactJS and TypeScript (optional).
  • Exposure to testing frameworks like Karate, Playwright, and Cypress (optional).
